Always Training, Always Learning

I am the only practitioner in this area who studied extensively with Dr. Robert Fulford and routinely applies his methods of evaluation and treatment (including use of the percussion vibrator).

I recently studied with the Dallas Ostepathic Study Group and learned more on how to apply Dr. Sutherland's Osteopathic treatment to the rest of the body.  I also learned to apply Dr. Conrad Speece's technique to improve such conditions as autism, dyslexia, scoliosis, and so-called "lazy eye."

I am the only doctor I know of in the southeast who has studied in Montreal, Canada to learn from Phillipe Druelle, D.O. Phillipe has a treatment for endocranial spasm (brain spasm) and has a concussion treatment protocol. Contrary to the prevailing opinion that nothing can be done to treat concussions, there is a great deal that can be done to normalize the structure, circulation and function of the brain after a concussion.

Medical authorities question why a CT SCAN of the brain right after a closed head trauma in children shows no abnormality, but a functional scan of the same child's brain taken years later will show abnormalities. These anatomical abnormalities can be detected by a trained pair of hands and can be corrected.

At a recent Traumatic Brain Injury Convocation, a NASA scientist stated that the new imaging equipment demonstrates lack of fluid movement in various parts of the brain will lead to the neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Alzheimer's disease. The only sure way to improve circulation in the brain is manual treatment. There is no drug that alters this flow.

I continue to study, learn, and practice.  My patients also teach me.  It is an honor and privilege to practice as an Osteopathic Physician.  I can help with all sorts of health problems, but I feel I am uniquely qualified to help after trauma.
